Description  

Saturday. Two options: (1) Meet at Lawrie's house, 8 Farnham Drive at 9.00am and bike out to Rabbit Island on the partly formed bike trail or (2) Those that don't want to bike that far meet at Rabbit Island near the beach front sign board that details the bike ride and ferry to Mapua wharf; both groups aim to catch the 11.10am ferry.
The ferry returns from Mapua wharf returns to Rabbit Island, departing at 1, 2, 3  and 4.00pm.
Objective of the adventure: A light lunch , coffee, etc at Mapua.
Cost of ferry is $12 return
