Description  

Joint trip with Marlborough Tramping Club up the Hodder River to Tapuae-o-Uenuku. We will be staying in the Hodder Huts, walking in on Friday, hopefully climbing to the summit on Saturday, and out on Sunday. There are many many river crossing so be prepared to fill yer boots. Spare dry boots for climbing the mountain on Saturday must be carried.

Crampons and ice axe must be taken, with the necessary skills to use them.

 

Hut fees are 10$ per night x 2 = 20$  payable to MTC members on the trip so please bring cash.
