Guest Speaker: Robbie Burton "Books and Backcountry"
Robbie is the co-owner, and Executive Director of Potton & Burton. Robbie joined the company (which was then Craig Potton Publishing) as Managing Editor in 1990. Since then he has led the development of the company into what is today NZ's largest independent publishing house. Its main focus remains on the outstanding series of photographic and outdoor books that we so admire and cherish. Robbie is an environmentalist and wild places enthusiast from way back. He and Craig Potton completed a S-N alpine traverse of the South Island in 1980 and Craig's account "So Far So Good" was published recently.There will be a selection of recent P&B books on display.
