Initially there is the choice of two tracks from Courthouse Flat (350m), both fairly steep. Half way up the ridge they merge into one for the remaining climb to a small saddle below Billies. Now the work really starts as it's very steep and untracked for the final 400m grunt to the top at 1648m. Once there you will be rewarded with fantastic 360 degree views.
