Description  

Day 1: Drive to Makarora via the West Coast.

Day 2: Jet boat up the Wilkin to Kerin Forks Hut. Walk to top forks hut.

Day 3: Cross over Rabbit Pass to Ruth Flat.

Day 4: Junction Flat

Day 5: Out to West Branch Matukituki and back to Wanaka and pickup vehicle Makarora.

 

Allow one day spare for weather!
