Hope/Lookout Range.Kahurangi N.P.From Tadmor saddle road.Go down the Ware road to start of track.Climb a bush track (a little overgrown) for over 2 1/2 hours to the bush edge of the Hope Range at 1100m then along the range and up a ridge to the Lookout range at over 1530m. With 360 degree views from top and views of Mt Owen.Large rock outcrops near top of range and up ridge.Back down same way up.A 8 to 9 hour day. Map Series: BQ283
