Description  

Drive to Canvastown. From the Wakamarina Road-end, walk easy valley track to Devils Creek Hut (5km). Climb 1300-metres (vertical ascent) over 6km to stay at Fosters Hut (4 bunks). On Sunday, return to Fosters Clearing, then tramp off-track over Mt Baldy (3km) and rejoin track down to Wakamarina River, and out to carpark.
