Walk from Matai dam car park up valley then on ridge track via Rush Pool and argillite quarry to Dew Lakes tops. Explore environs and return same way. Possible option for a keen group to carry on over Little Twin to Dun Mountain and return via Coppermine Saddle and cycleway track. 14km return; 700m climb. Depart from Cathedral steps at 8am.
