As we head towards summer and the daylight hours become longer we will hold this social trip with 4.5-6 hours tramping each day on an easy track.  This is a crossover trip with "half" the group starting at Duncan bay and the rest from Kaiumu bay. There is one hour 30 minute drive to the start but plenty of time to enjoy the sunshine. I have booked two bunk rooms for a total of fourteen people. The hut fee is approx $13. Please book on this trip early so I can get an indication of numbers. Please only book if you are committed to the trip due to the bunkroom bookings. As at 26 October there are four places left on the trip.

Departure will be from Cathedral church steps, Nelson at 8am. We will drive to Rai valley for a coffee before each party goes to their respective road end.

Registration

It is IMPORTANT that "You contact the Trip Leader before registering" for a trip. Especially if you are new to the club or a non-club member (Visitor). The Leader will need to be confident that you have the experience, fitness and the correct gear to complete the trip successfully. :-)

VISITORS can register using their email address which will be used to send you trip registration confirmation details and the ability to cancel the trip registration. Please register each person attending separately.
