Description
I am not leading this trip! I am going to Ladakh for 2 weeks, incl an 8day guided trek through the Markha Valley. Max altitude 5260m! Leh sits at 3500m, so you need to acclimatise beforehand. This trek is the most popular one near Leh, with the most varied scenery, traversing villages where we stay with locals. This tour includes an acclimastisation climb at the beginning and some visits to Buddhist monasteries.
