We leave from the Flora car park (960M) and begin a steep ascent through beech forest to Lodestone (1262M) a good place for morning tea. If everyone goes well we then descend, very steeply at times, to the saddle (1180M) between Lodestone and Hodder before ascending to Mt Hodder (1462M) - a good place for lunch. We return the same track back to the carpark. Map Series: BP24 and BQ24 |
