Sunday Follow the Wairoa Gorge Road into the right branch then up Ben Nevis Road to the start point. The track leads through beech forest and open clearings on Gibbs Spur then steeply to the summit of Ben Nevis at 1619m. Four wheel drives preferred for the road in. Map Series: Topo50 BR25 |
