Description

Hi Team Details to follow....Joint with MTC....We will drive over Saturday night and camp at Mlll Flat campsite, to wait the others and have a more leisurely start, Summit is around 8 hours return. Will be grunty up no doubt. So good work out for the bod. Come up as far as you wish so long as you are happy to wait or go back down with another. I havent been up myself yet. From Mill Flat, the path continues upriver on a rough 3 km section before a relentless, steep climb (over 1,000m elevation gain) through beech forest and alpine scrub to Fishtail Hut, with an optional scree scramble to the summit.

It is IMPORTANT that "You contact the Trip Leader before registering" for a trip. Especially if you are new to the club or a non-club member (Visitor). The Leader will need to be confident that you have the experience, fitness and the correct gear to complete the trip successfully. :-)
