Description

Well I had been aiming to run a training weekend this weekend, but unfortunately due to lack of resources/injured trainer/access roads for where we wanted to go being closed after the recent storms, the training weekend was cancelled and I decided to put on a small local day walk instead.

Good chance to look at Nelson from the other side of the water and to check out the lighthouse.  8km walk from Boulder Bank Drive to 'The Cut', which takes 2-3 hours one way. The Boulder Bank is rough, dry and very exposed, so be prepared for all kinds of weather and wear strong shoes.  Bring your cameras and I'll bring some local history facts.
