DESCRIPTION:From Havelock we climb up Mt Takorika (721 m) on a fairly new track through
  bush and past a waterfall. The track is steep in some places and close to 
 the top we can make a loop. There are several spectacular viewpoints overlo
 oking Pelorus Sound. On the top you can look south towards Okaramio/Renwick
  and West following the Pelorus river. Weather permitting of course! At a s
 low pace and including breaks, it will take about 5.5 hours.\n  This event
