 ! Merry Christmas everyone :-)  Will try and get these underway in the New 
 Year. \n5:30pm, no registration required\nJoin me for a steep sharp climb u
 p the Scout Track on the 4th Wednesday of each month, returning via the Inv
 olution Track.  About 1.5 hours for the circuit.  Moderate level of fitness
  is required.  This is a good training walk!\nMeet at the end of Marsden Va
 lley Road (just past Barnicoat carpark) at 5:30pm.  No registration require
 d, just turn up with suitable clothing and footwear and perhaps a water bot
