 breakwater, past 4 historic baches to one of NZ's first lighthouses (built 
 in 1862.)<br /> <br />Distance: 9km one way (18km total).  Max Elevation: 1
 8 metres.<br /> <br />This is your chance to climb the spiral staircase, cr
 awl thru a trapdoor, and walk around the balcony outside.<br /> <br />Bring
  lunch & fluids.  Wear sturdy footwear.  Light boots preferred.<br /> <br /
