DESCRIPTION:A local trip near Maitai Dam, around 7 hours. <br />Heading towards Maitai 
 Caves you follow an old abandoned track a bit further up the creek before h
 eading off track and through thick ferns (Wear Gaitors) onto a spur towards
  point 753 for lunch. <br />Then you follow MTB trails to make a loop back 
 to the cars. <br />I have done this in part but followed the old track whic
 h involved a somewhat bush bash onto the tracks. I am advised this is a bet
 ter option!  So its a Ferny Glade trail!<br />Its all an adventure and a go
