As a local trip we may get better weather!THOUSAND ACRE PLATEAU TRIP IS CANCELLED.Day one will be up to Starveall Hut, a good grunty climb with some initial 8 river crossing s. I ususally change my footwear to keep dry boots. We will camp or use the hut. Day two will be over the Hackett peaks and making our way down to exi t via Hartebreak ridge, we go over Mt Sterwart. Hartebreak ridge starts aro und 822 and ends at the old bridge crossing to  Wispering falls.
