  Vally track, looping back. Camp by the tarns. I havnt done this tramp, but
  it sounds beautiful, especially the camping spot at sunset! Navigation req
 uired. The tramp is not very long, but partly off track and steep. Past poi
 nts 1401 and 1541, then some route finding and steep descent to the trans c
 amp. About 850m climb.The track starts near Springs Junctioin, Lewis Pass a
 rea. I would carry on driving to CHCH, so can only offer a one way lift.htt
