DESCRIPTION:Maud Valley is accessed from the Howard Valley. We cross a farm (access per
 mission to be obtained) then wander up the Maud river - multiple stream cro
 ssing - and observe mining relics and the remains of 2 private Huts. It is 
 2.5hrs to Maud Valley Hut and there is the possibility to go further up the
