  SPRING WHEN THE SNOW HAS MELTED.\nLet's walk to Peanter peak before the sn
 ow arrives. \nRainbow ski field, on either Saturday or Sunday, whichever da
 y has the better weather that weekend.\nFrom the car park we will walk up t
 he ski slope, along the ridge to Mt McRae onto Peanter peak. Return via the
  usual snow tramp route. (11km).\nSpecial key access is $115 for the day. N
