A circuit tramp from the Maitai Dam (200M). We walk up the Dun Mountain Trail to the Dun Saddle (982m) before branching off towards Dun Mountain. L unch should be at the Dun Mountain shelter. We traverse over Dun Mountain ( 1129m) before dropping down into a saddle (800m) then on to Little Twin (11 43m). We will continue on to Dew lakes (820m) then return back to the Maita i dam via Rush Pools. This is a longish route and likely to be boggy in pla ces. 

I would like to leave town at 8.00. I could arrange transp ort such that those requiring lifts get picked up by those who have space a vailable (3 per car to account for social distancing) and so we travel dire ct to the Maitai dam car park.
