 POOL HEAVEN...\n\nDay 1: Drive to Hokitika, walk 4 hrs up Toaroha River to 
 huts at Cedar Flats (14 bunks, 1 hut ticket per night). May need tents, as 
 this trip is popular with families. DOC: "The track initially follows an ol
 d logging-tram line and follows the river bed. A benched track climbs stead
 ily above the Toaroha Canyon,  descending gradually to the lower end of Ced
 ar Flat where a short rock hop and track leads to the Cedar Flat Bridge whi
 ch is crossed to the huts."\nDay 2-3: Optional trips to bag bivvie on Adven
 ture Ridge or Yeats Ridge Hut nearby. Compulsory soak in Wren Creek springs
 . Bring a book or games. Mandatory easter eggs.\nDay 4: Waddle back to cars
