DESCRIPTION:<p><em>Labour Day Weekend</em></p><p>DAY 1&nbsp;:&nbsp;Walk up to John Tait
  hut via Travers Valley, approx 7 Hours, easy to moderate terrain. Stay the
  night at John Tait hut (3 tickets per night).</p><p>DAY 2:&nbsp;&nbsp;Next
  morning climb steeply to Cupola hut, approx&nbsp;2+ hours&nbsp;and spend t
 ime exploring the stunning Cupola basin before returning to John Tait hut f
 or the night. Another option being considered for the more energetic is to 
 go from Cupola, over Gunsight Pass, round the back of Mt Travers to Travers
  Saddle and back to John Tait via the valley. Ice axe and crampons essentia
 l for this option, can be borrowed from club.</p><p>DAY 3: Return to St Arn
 aud via the Travers Valley back to the cars and home.</p> <a href="https://
