People mainly s hoot through taking the water taxi to the head of the lake and the D'Urvill e valley but there are some walks of interest at the road-end.The first wal k will be the Braeburn loop track. This is a valley walk on a good track th rough fine bush with a short side trip to a waterfall (2 hours). After this warm-up and lunch, we will head up the Porika track. This is a steep 4WD r oad heading to the Howard valley.
