DESCRIPTION:<p>This is a repeat of the sucessful trip Bruce did in 2022.</p><p>Depart N
 elson Friday evening, stay in Trilobite Hut for an early morning start.</p>
 <p>Set off Saturday morning towards Lake Peel, branch off the Peel Lake tra
 ck to pick up the trail around the north side of Lake Peel. Will require so
 me scrambling here, but is not too bad. Join the main ridge to Mt Peel, whi
 ch is about 500 m easy travel to the summit. Explore the ridge a bit, retur
 ning on the south side of Peel Lake and pick up the track to Balloon Hut.</
 p><p>Sunday morning return on the Peel Lake track back to the cars. Swim in
  Peel Lake is optional.</p><p>Remember to bring your hut pass or buy hut ti
 ckets before you go:</p><p>Trilobite Hut: 1 standard hut (blue ticket) : $5
 </p><p>Balloon hut: 1 serviced hut (green ticket): $15</p><p>&nbsp;We may n
 eed to bring tents/mattresses, depending on how big our group gets.</p><p><
