 ill present the spectacular images from his second book, KHUMBU Pathways to
  Kinship in August 2021.\nHis story encompasses seven trekking journeys spa
 nning more than thirty years to Khumbu, the Nepalese gateway to Mount Evere
 st and home to the Sherpa people. His story is also about a journey to kins
 hip between a Kiwi family and a Sherpa family; a journey through tourism ex
 pansion, the emergence of guided climbs to the summit of Mount Everest, eco
 nomic and technological development and environmental, cultural and politic
 al change; and a journey shared by a father and each of his three sons. It 
 also carries a message that is well timed as we slowly work our way to the 
 far end of the COVID tunnel.\nHis book was the Mountain and Adventure Herit
 age Category winner at the 2022 NZ Mountain Film &amp; Book Festival at Wan
 aka. Leading New Zealand mountaineer Guy Cotter wrote the Foreword and wrot
 e this about his photographs: ‘The images are wonderful to the point I find
  myself looking so deeply into them that I feel like I am actually there ag
