 s 5km and 500m climb. From the hut, treks can be made round Lake Sylvester,
  up the ridge and down to Iron Lake or to the top of Iron Hill for those wi
 th a higher fitness level. It’s an easy walk up to the hut and surrounds fo
 r a new tramper and families. Get a great view of Lake Lockett from the rid
