 />Fluid Balance.Getting the right fluid intake when out on tramps can be tr
 icky, there have been instances where trampers have collapsed due to insuff
 icient fluid intake (dehyration) and episode where one tramper over-did the
  fluid intake (fluid intoxication).Anna Riddiford GP and Kath Ballantine wi
 ll do a presention to highlight the problems of over or under hydration and
