 er the Port Hills? I have devised a cunning 11km route that follows no less
  than 18 off-road walkways, steps and bushy trails ... with about 500m of e
 levation gain. Right in the heart of old Nelson. No carbon emissions necess
 ary.If enough folks attend, I will split us up into teams. Each group gets 
 a map, and a quiz to fill out. Expect to learn lots of early Nelson history
 . Expect to test your fitness to the max :-D.\nIf you bail out, no problem.
  We can send out a party to fetch you.\nP.S. There are watering holes along
  the way (and de-watering holes too.) All welcome, just be prepared for lot
