DESCRIPTION:Sharlands Bush Reserve is an area of 39 hectares set aside to presevre an a
 ttractive block of native bush in Hira Forest.  It was promoted by NCC as a
 n attractive destination back in 1999 wne the first "Walk Nelson" guide was
  produced, But fpr the last 10 yeras os so access has been very restricted 
 to everyone except NMTB. Under the new NCC agreement with the Hira Forest O
 wner and NMTB, this area is again accessible, so let's check it out and see
  what it looks like.( A preliminary check suggests some very nicebush and e
 xpensive views from the top. { I have listed the tramp as easy, but it is p
 robably Easy/Medium. There are formed tracks but possibly a bit slippery in
