Description

  

Nice trip for a warm summer's day. It's about 2.5 hours each way following the river to the resurgence on a good well-marked track. There are 10 river crossings along the way so wet feet are guaranteed. The first crossing is by the car park so you may wish to bring some crocs or sandals to cross and avoid having wet feet for the first few kms. Some may wish to venture a little further up the river past the resurgence to Nettlebed Cave. This trip won't go ahead if the river is too high or after heavy rain.

Registration

It is IMPORTANT that "You contact the Trip Leader before registering" for a trip. Especially if you are new to the club or a non-club member (Visitor). The Leader will need to be confident that you have the experience, fitness and the correct gear to complete the trip successfully. :-)
